"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered it, but once I tried it on, the fit was just right for me. No weird sizing surprises or anything, it felt true to size.

I grabbed a pair from Tony Bianco because they looked really nice at first, but the quality was such a letdown. After wearing them just a few times, the soles were already starting to wear down and the top creased so badly. Like how does that happen so fast?? They looked great in the box, but once I actually wore them, they felt cheap. For the price, I expected way better. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"Pretty slow customer service replies"
The shoes themselves were nice, but getting help with my order was frustrating. I emailed customer service and ended up waiting days for a response. When they finally got back to me, it felt rushed and didn’t really solve much. For the price, I expected better communication. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I wasn’t really counting on it arriving early, just to avoid getting disappointed, but it actually came fast. Nice surprise and everything seemed fine when it got here

"Refund dragged on way too long"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took way longer than it should have. the company handled it poorly and made me waste my time chasing something that should’ve been simple.

"Their styles got me good"
I got a pair of Tony Bianco heels and I’m so happy with them. The design is clean, modern, and not too flashy, so they work just as well with jeans as they do with a dress. I fully blame Tony Bianco for making the site way too tempting though, because I spent ages scrolling through all the styles. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Box showed up badly smashed"
The box showed up completely smashed, which was frustrating. The weird part is, the packaging seemed really flimsy for something being shipped, so it didn’t feel like it had much chance of arriving in good shape

"My size is always gone"
Pretty much every time I find a pair I actually like, my size is already sold out. It’s kinda frustrating checking back again and again and it’s still the same. Would be nice if they actually restocked stuff properly.

"Cute, but maybe not the comfiest"
I really like how these shoes look, but I’m not totally sure they’re the best for comfort. They felt okay at first, but after a few hours my feet started to hurt a bit. I might still wear them for shorter outings, though.
